Rewards and gift cards
Cash transfers and gift cards are fulfilled manually by Crowd Echo. Check the status in your wallet and contact us if a requested payment or card has not arrived.
Privacy and account deletion
Members can delete their account in the app from Profile → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, or need help with a business account or another privacy request, email either contact above.
